Main Power Switch
This turns the power on or off to the oscillator circuit that controls the high frequency coil that powers the unit. When this switch is on, the light (located to the right) will light up. If it does not light up, then there is no power getting to the oscillator. Check battery/power supply and the connections if this occurs.
The high frequency coil is not active when this switch is on. The unit
is in a "standby" mode, waiting for the operator to pulse the unit when
you push the pulse button or press the pedal.
This switch
should only be on when you are ready to pulse the unit. Be aware
that
an accidental push of the pulse button or pedal will send a charge though
the electrode.
TURN THIS SWITCH
OFF WHEN INSERTING CABLES, PLATES, OR DURING
ANY POSITIONING OF SUBJECT.
